Mad
Journey.

This isn’t an about page.
It’s the story of how thinking, failure, community, and reinvention shaped MadFolks.

From 2014 to now — this is the journey that made us who we are.

MadFolks didn’t appear overnight.
It grew through years of building, breaking, pausing, and starting again.

From a rented apartment in Hyderabad to communities in Nagpur.

From growth to shutdown.

From survival to reinvention.

This journey matters — because it defines how we think today.

The Origin

Three brothers — Amit Bose, Abhijeet Bose, and Arijit Bose — started Happy N Content from a rented apartment in Hyderabad. At the same time, Align Educate was born, focused on IB Mathematics and SAT training. Two paths, one mindset: build honestly and figure things out as we go.

The Return

Happy N Content found clients in the UAE and the USA. With work no longer tied to location, a decision was made to return to Nagpur and build a team there. Amit Bose stayed back in Hyderabad to grow Align Educate, which expanded from a classroom in a living room to two centres.

Community

The team grew — Deepannita, Aziz, Sneha, and Arnab strengthened the foundation. Beyond client work, communities began forming: poetry meets, book clubs, and food bloggers. Marketing was no longer just output. It was people.

The Peak

This was a year of energy and experimentation. Interns brought fresh ideas. Events became part of our work. A Halloween party for a restaurant became the talk of the town. Ronit joined, turning moments into stories through photography. We pivoted fully into the restaurant industry and worked with 15 new brands across Nagpur.

Survival

The world stopped. Lockdowns hit. Restaurants were among the worst affected. By July, we had no clients left. We pivoted into training, podcasts, and online initiatives — learning a lot, earning nothing. Loans were taken to pay salaries. Survival replaced growth.

The Pause

By July, we had to tell our team we could no longer pay them. They chose to stay anyway. By September, we shut down operations the right way — helping every team member move forward. Happy N Content paused. Arijit and Abhijeet joined different companies as digital marketing strategists.

2025

Reincarnation

After years of working with new technologies and deeply integrating AI into real businesses, the three founders came back together. Happy and content was no longer enough. We were getting mad about clarity, speed, and strategy. In August 2025, MadFolks was born — not as a restart, but a reincarnation.
